How to easily prevent snow from sticking to your snow shovel

Well, winter is just around the corner, and if you happen to live in a temperate zone that means you’ll likely be shoveling snow before long.

Personally, I don’t mind shoveling snow. In a weird way I actually enjoy it.

But one thing I don’t enjoy is constantly having to whack my snow shovel on the ground in order to knock a chunk of compacted snow off of it!

Well, before long winter will be making its yearly debut here in the northern hemisphere.

And that of course means bitter cold temperatures will soon be making their way back to this part of the world.

When you’re exposed to the cold there are many things you can do to keep warm and avoid being stricken by hypothermia, but there’s one widely trusted method that doesn’t really work.

Get a lot of snow in your neck of the woods? You need a heated driveway!

There are few things I find less less enjoyable than shoveling snow off of my driveway.

I have serious back problems so I always end up paying for it every time I pull out my snow shovel and clear my driveway.

Luckily, the winters in my neck of the woods are relatively mild in terms of snowfall. That means the actual times I need to shovel snow are few and far between.

But if I lived in upstate New York, Utah, the northern great plains or some other area where it snows often and deep I’d want a way to keep the snow off my driveway without ever having to pick up a snow shovel!
