Yesterday’s post about the 3 quart Instant Pot Duo Mini prompted several folks to ask if there were any simple, easy-to-make Instant Pot recipes available.
Well, truth be told, there are tons of them to be found on YouTube.
Below I’ve shared a fantastic short video featuring four awesome dishes that had my mouth watering the instant I saw them!

As you can see in the video, the Instant Pot is much more than just a pressure cooker.
It’s also a frying pan, a sauté pan, a skillet and a deep dryer all rolled up into one amazing device!
