Regular readers of this blog know I’ve been trying live a healthier lifestyle of late, and my exercise routine and healthier diet have already paid several health dividends.
The thing is, I love food. Tasty food.
And as you well know, tasty food can be hard to come by when you’re trying to eat healthy!
One food that I’ve always loved is tuna.
I’d simply open a can of tuna and mix it with a little mayo and be all set to make a delicious sandwich.
But when I started eating healthier I began looking for ways to spice up my tuna meals.
That’s when I stumbled across an absolutely awesome recipe for home-made tuna salad from Lisa at Downshiftology!
This recipe only requires a few simple ingredients, and I’m guessing you probably have them in your kitchen at this very moment.
And guess what? The end result is just bursting with flavor!
Here’s a fantastic short video with Lisa walking you through this very simple recipe, step-by-step. Check it out!
