Are you planning to plant a large number of flower bulbs and have them come up next spring?
Well, as you probably know digging all those holes will be quite a task even if you have one of those handy bulb planting tools.
Luckily, there’s another handy tool that you probably already have in your garage that’ll make quick work of that planting chore.
All you need to do is dust off your cordless drill!
Simply insert a bulb planting auger into the drill and use it to “drill’ the holes for your bulbs.
The drill will easily and quickly “dig” a hole into the ground with very little effort. In fact, you’ll find that it’s a LOT easier than using a typical bulb planting tool!
After you have the hole drilled simply place the bulb inside and cover it up with the loose soil that was expelled by the spade bit. Then move on to the next hole.
Pretty simple, right?
Like I said before, chances are you already have a cordless drill in your garage. If not, you can pick one up locally at Walmart or at Amazon for just a few bucks!
To finish up, here’s a fantastic short video that shows a cordless drill and one of these awesome bulb planting augers in action. Check it out!
