Does your car have a Keyless Remote for unlocking the doors, popping the trunk or even starting the engine?
If so, that remote contains a small battery that will eventually need to be replaced.
When that happens most people take their remotes back to the dealership to have the battery replaced, but that’s almost always a big mistake.

Question from Frank: When I was younger cars came with a bank of gauges that would show you instantly if there was something wrong with the engine.
Newer cars have a temperature gauge, but that’s about it.
For example, why did they do away with the oil pressure gauge and replace it with the virtually useless “Check Engine” light?
Rick’s answer: I remember those handy gauges as well, Frank. And truth be told, I miss them as much as you do.
